Anime eye colouring tutorial

I'm going to start doing tutorials since people are curious at how I do em. Well, I'l start off with this one first since it's so easy to do.

I'm too lazy atm to do another pic for the tutorial so instead, I grab one of my old base pics from my other tutorial. (Had to redo the shadings too)
